In 2017 the NYC Department of Buildings...
began to enforce the construction superintendent ordinance (1 RCNY 3301-02) with new superintendent requirements. We found that the industry had a need for reliable and qualified superintendents, which is why we began our company.
All of our superintendents are licensed by the DOB, certified by OSHA, and are current with all the latest DOB site safety training (SST) requirements. We carefully screen and vet every super in our company to ensure your job will be in full compliance with the DOB while providing a quality experience for every client.
We come from a variety of backgrounds including general contractors, construction managers, safety officers, site managers, and inspectors, to name a few. Our skilled team will be sure to accommodate all of your construction superintendent needs.
